File Requirements for Upload:

  • Final file must be print-ready and in PDF format.

  • Include a .0625" bleed on all edges (final file size: 8.75" x 11.25").

  • Keep all important text and graphics at least .125" inside the trim line to prevent cutting.

  • Minimum resolution: 300 DPI.

  • Color mode: CMYK (not RGB).

Note: Orders submitted without proper bleed or print-ready setup may require file adjustments, which could cause production delays.

Customer is responsible for ensuring that any submitted print/design does not infringe on copyright or trademark rights.

  • Artwork Proofing Process

    A proof of your product will be sent to the email on file within 24-48 hours after your purchase. Please review final artwork carefully. Your approval will indicate acceptance of materials including responsibility for errors and omissions. If we are printing this project and a rerun is necessary due to overlooked error(s), the customer assumes responsibility and charges. The printing process will not be started until payment and approval of your item. (weekends do not count towards turnaround or proofing)
